Jasmine Grande Residence

Excellent hotel, very clean with well maintained facilities and spacious and comfy rooms offering some nice views of Bangkok. The staff is very professional, kind and attentive. The buffet style breakfast is just magnificent, with many options for everyone. We also ordered some food from the hotel restaurant to our room and it was reasonably priced and tasty. The swimming pool is also great, especially for children, while the slide is a really fun addition. There is a minimart just next to the lobby, however, for some nice restaurants you will have to walk a bit further or take a taxi. However, the area is very nice and safe. Also, the hotel is located virtually in the middle between the two airports, which is what we were actually looking for. Overall,we can highly recommend this hotel, it offered a very good value for money.

It's a nice place but don't expect a full 5 star experience. But for the price, it's good value for money. - Big and comfortable room (we got a newly renovated one) - Plenty of choice at breakfast - It was very busy but overall it was well managed by the staff - Nice pool and gym

The hotel was very large and although it was dated it still passed with flying colours.. the television had a fantastic choice of channels including live football.. the hotel has some beautiful views if you manage to get a high room and the reception and shop are very well staffed. The breakfast was wonderful and a very good choice... Really enjoyed the stay.. people complaining about the pool being cold but the weather decides that not the hotel company. Enjoyed our stay .

The apartment was spacious and the beds were the most comfortable of our 19 night stay in Thailand. The breakfast was exceptional and it was so convenient to have the convenience store in the foyer! This apartment was great for our group of 4 adults. Having a washing machine was brilliant, as was the second bathroom. The black tea (Dilmah) was most appreciated!

We stayed at Jasmine Grande Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is great — most tourist attractions and shopping malls are just a 30-minute taxi ride away. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities provided. It was especially convenient to have a washing machine and a kitchenette in the room so we could cook if needed. There’s also a grocery store and a vending machine on the ground floor with a wide variety of drink options, available at all times — super convenient! They offer halal food options too, which was a big plus for us. The service was top notch — the staff were extremely friendly and always greeted us with a warm smile. A special thank you to the receptionist, AUM, who was very helpful during our check-in process and made everything smooth. Thank you for everything — we had a lovely stay!
