Nice and clean rooms! good value for good money. i want to point out that the whole staff was incredible friendly and nice. we always felt warm welcomed.

Excellent hotel, very clean with well maintained facilities and spacious and comfy rooms offering some nice views of Bangkok. The staff is very professional, kind and attentive. The buffet style breakfast is just magnificent, with many options for everyone. We also ordered some food from the hotel restaurant to our room and it was reasonably priced and tasty. The swimming pool is also great, especially for children, while the slide is a really fun addition. There is a minimart just next to the lobby, however, for some nice restaurants you will have to walk a bit further or take a taxi. However, the area is very nice and safe. Also, the hotel is located virtually in the middle between the two airports, which is what we were actually looking for. Overall,we can highly recommend this hotel, it offered a very good value for money.

It's a nice place but don't expect a full 5 star experience. But for the price, it's good value for money. - Big and comfortable room (we got a newly renovated one) - Plenty of choice at breakfast - It was very busy but overall it was well managed by the staff - Nice pool and gym

The hotel was very large and although it was dated it still passed with flying colours.. the television had a fantastic choice of channels including live football.. the hotel has some beautiful views if you manage to get a high room and the reception and shop are very well staffed. The breakfast was wonderful and a very good choice... Really enjoyed the stay.. people complaining about the pool being cold but the weather decides that not the hotel company. Enjoyed our stay .

Breakfasts were very good: a diverse menu of offerings from different cuisines, accompanied by a delicious selection of fresh fruits. The mango was especially delightful.

Staff very super friendly and attentive. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. It was super spacious and we really enjoyed our stay here. Steam room, Sauna and hot tub were excellent. Pool slide was fun.

The apartment was spacious and the beds were the most comfortable of our 19 night stay in Thailand. The breakfast was exceptional and it was so convenient to have the convenience store in the foyer! This apartment was great for our group of 4 adults. Having a washing machine was brilliant, as was the second bathroom. The black tea (Dilmah) was most appreciated!

we booked the hotel because it had a slide for the children ☺️ fun activity at the pool! we accidentally booked a double room with living room (junior suite) and thought the couch can be used as an extra bed - unfortunately they cant! However the staff was so kind to give us a free upgrade and opened the door to an extra bedroom within this suite so we could sleep comfortably! very glad about this! thanks so much!
